Your order from start to finish:

1. Upload your content or paste your text

2. Choose your language pairs

3. Select whether your translation requires a subject field specialist

4. Select quality level. If you have requested a particular subject field, we automatically recommend the “business” level so that this can be passed on to our professional translators. Please also provide additional information such as tone and context.

5. Select whether to continue as a registered client by logging into your account or to proceed as a guest.

6. Choose your preferred payment method.

7. Confirm your order details on the right and proceed to payment details

8. Access your customer dashboard

9. Once the translator has picked up your order, the status will change to “in process”

10. The translator will complete your job in the time allocated and you will get notified via email

11. You will have 7 days to review your completed order and request any adjustments

12. Once satisfied with your translation, you approve the order and it is closed and stored in your order history

13. You leave a rating for the translation. You may also elect to make the translator your preferred translator
