Once you have submitted a request, you can monitor the progress in your order dashboard. At this stage we alert the best suited translator to your request and the order is designated as “pending”. Should you wish to cancel an order, you must do so before it has been picked up by a translator and designated as “in progress”. If you cancel a pending order, we will credit your Scrybs account with the amount.

Once an order is “in progress”, the translator is busy with your request. They will make every effort to complete the job within the estimated delivery time.
