Even though Scrybs strives to deliver projects of only the best quality, we do realize that potential errors may occur. If this is the case with your order, we will re-open the job to correct the mistake. You will have the option to dispute the work for a 7 day period before the order is automatically closed. Once the order has been closed, you can’t request any changes to your translation.

It is helpful to leave a few comments to alert the translator to your areas of dispute. The translator then has to correct the content. If you are still not satisfied with the corrected version, we will pass the request on to another translator who will completely redo it. Furthermore, we encourage general feedback on our translators. You will have opportunity to leave a simple personal rating. This helps us maintain our continual high standards.
